By creating an account, using this site or playing on Yume no Sekai, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms; the date above changes when we do, and continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
The service
Yume no Sekai is a community-run private server of Twin Saga, provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
Features, content, rates and prices may change, be suspended or be discontinued at any time, including the server itself.
Maintenance, downtime and rollbacks can happen. We do our best to announce them on Discord.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to consent in your country.
You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done with your account. Use a password you don’t use elsewhere.
Accounts are personal: do not share, sell, buy or lend them.
Staff will never ask for your password.
Shop & payments
Yume Points (YMP), packs and in-game items are a limited licence to use virtual content in the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game.
Prices are set in euros and paid in USDC or USDT, sent directly to the payment address of your order on one of the networks listed at checkout. Each order has its own address; its price is valid for one hour.
Send the amount shown, on an accepted network and token, to the address of that order only. Small differences due to exchange fees are tolerated; a shortfall can be topped up at the same address. Tokens sent on an unsupported network or token may be lost for good.
Purchases are delivered to your account or to the character you choose. If something does not arrive, open a ticket on Discord within 14 days with your order number and transaction link.
Refunds
Digital content is delivered immediately. By buying, you ask for immediate delivery and accept that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started.
Purchases are final, except where the law requires otherwise or when we could not deliver what you paid for. Crypto payments cannot be reversed: any refund we grant is sent back in crypto, by hand.
Network fees, and any fee charged by an exchange you pay from, are yours to bear.
Fair play
No cheating, bots, macros, modified clients, or abuse of bugs and exploits. Report bugs to the staff instead.
No harassment, hate speech, threats or impersonation of staff, in game or on our Discord.
No real-money trading: selling or buying accounts, items, currency or services for real money or for value outside the game.
Enforcement
Breaking these Terms can lead to a warning, a mute, removal of items, or the suspension or termination of the account, with or without notice depending on the case.
Items and currency on an account closed for breaking these Terms are not refunded.
You can contest a sanction by opening a ticket on Discord.
Content & ownership
Yume no Sekai is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to X-Legend Entertainment or any publisher of Twin Saga.
Twin Saga, its trademarks and its assets belong to their respective owners.
What you post (names, messages, screenshots) remains yours; by posting it, you allow us to display it on the service.
Your data
We keep what running the service needs: your username, email address, IP addresses, game data and purchase records.
We use it to run and secure the service, never to sell it. For payments we only see public blockchain data: the sending address and the transaction.
Only if you accept it, the site uses Google Analytics to count visits (anonymised IP). You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted by opening a ticket on Discord.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost progress, lost items, account sanctions or downtime.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
